the hub/bearing assembly is a sealed unit on your 4x4......it's a pretty easy swap. you gotta unbolt the CV shaft, remove your caliper and rotor, and then take out the 3 mounting bolts on the backside of your steering knuckle. then the hub/bearing assy comes right off.

have you priced out the wheelbearing/hub assys yet? Yes, they are pretty spendy.
check out www.rockauto.com. Timkin brand is the best stuff to get.

Is it hard to do?
Is there any guides on how to do it?

wannabe pretty much just laid it all out for you guys. why don't you just spend some time gettin to know your truck and unbolt it all, just to see the bearings, and make sure they look exactly like what you're getting online, and just put it all back together until your bearings come.
if they're 15 bucks might as well replace the front two at the same time, if not all four.
