Default F150 coil springs to lift '08 2wd

These springs are from a 2002 V6 F150.
Will they fit the Ranger?
Will they give me about 2" of lift in the front of the Ranger?

The Ranger is a 2008 2wd XLT

dude, I dont think so. But Im not sure. Is the F150 4wd? I know ranger coils difference in height from 2wd to 4wd....I dont even know if this is possible on a newer ranger...try it and give us a writeup is all I can say.
