Default would this work for my truck?

ive been wanting to lift my truck for awile and after some searching i came upon this site

http://fatbobsgarage.com/i-6765299-f...1983-1997.html

I was also thinking about just getting coil spacers for the front and adding shackles to the rear. If i were to get this kit what else would i need to do to make it work or is it just a simple bolt up and go. I know ill probably need an alignment done but the website mentions this: "Truck will need aftermarket camber eccentric to be alligned properly. Camber eccentric's are available through most alignment shops".
what does this mean?

it says it's for your year truck, obviously it'll fit.

alignment eccentrics are alignment cams, they allow greater alignment to make up for the lift.

So would be something I have to buy? Sorry for the dumb questions but I'm clueless to this coil set-up

Does anyone have a picture of what a set-up like this will look like?
