Default lifting of ranger

I have a 98 ranger 4x4. I bought used so don't know if keys have been turned or not in front. I would like to lift rear. Rear suspension is soft. I heard you can use explorer springs by changing centering pin. My question in what years will work on a 98. I would like to fit 33's or close to it. Any insight for me?????

just do a body lift, 2 or 3in. and u will have no problem getting 33s on it. and for the leaf springs being soft, u can just add a leaf and it will stiffen it up plus and some height.

----------

l for u should be around 150 and aal is around 40 and that will also add about 2in i rear
