Arrow New 4" Rough Country lift. I need some help.

ok so i got a 4" rough country lift and my truck recently got into an accident and is in bad shape so i will need to return the lift to rough country. do you guys know if they do full refunds on this kind of stuff? i bought it about 23 days ago. Any help is appreciated thanks everyone!

yea they do but dont tell them it was because of a crash just say you dont know what happened, pretty mutch play dumb about it lol

If its new and still in the box yes they should take it back, if its out of the box maybe credit,or if it was on the truck no way they are going to take it back much less you shouldnt even try to send it back. If they ask why you need to return it just say you got one for b-day or whatever and you ordered this one without knowing.

i opened the boxes but everything is still in the boxes just opened but its all there. and no i didnt put it on my truck. ok so just play dumb about it? maybe act like i ordered one by accident and just would like a refund?

Make sure your excuse is legit or they may hit you with a nice re-stocking fee, if they don't do it in the first place.

looks like i may have to sell it rough country will not contact me back. so offers anyone?
its a full kit with a 4" supspension lift with nitro 9000 shock upgrade and it fits a 92-97
2WD rangers. shoot me some offers and i will get back too you.

hey guys sorry this is late but the update is i sent my lift back to rough country and they gave me a full refund. the guy was very nice and understanding of what happened. now i own a real vehicle a Jeep!

i mis-spoke REAL compared to my 2WD 97 Ranger with some hefty miles on it and some dents and real work needed.
