fx4 = 4x4.

You have body lift for 3" for about $150 or so, or a Super Lift for 4" at $1500 or so

go with 32's no T-Bar crank. If you crank the T-Bars go 33's

In my avatar I have 32s with just a t-bar crank. However you sit a little lower than my 05, you could get another 1-2" from swapping to older torsion keys.

He can get the keys off an 01-05 Ranger as they sit higher than the 06+ or some year thereabouts. Not the aftermarket pre-key things.

ok so ill forget about those keys and ill just get the body lift and i'm thinking a 4 inch suspension left. but do you know if the stock gearing is ok for 35. will it cause trouble and what will the gas milage be like? another thing i can't seem to find body lifts for 07 rangers the years don't go up that high.

Anything from 98+ should work body lift IIRC. Not sure what year they added 2 extra bolts in the bed, I thought 08. You may want to regear with 35s, you will be sluggish off the line. I ran 32s on 3.73 with a 3.0 fine though.

ok ill have to check about those bolts for sure. i'm thinking of just staying with 33 that should be big enough. another question if you don't mind since the fx4's bumper is a class A hitch if i do a body lift what happens with that?

I would reccomend a rough country if you want a suspension lift they are cheap and reliable.

You mean the hitch is a ball on the bumper??

And I do not think rough country makes anything for the a-arm suspension on 98+
