Default Tie rod question

Are my tie rods supposed to look like this or are they going bad?
this is the passenger side up close..

they look fine to me as a visual, you need to jack the tire off the ground and move the tire left/right and see if the tie rod moves freely of the wheel.

If its good, it should not move

i jacked it up and tried to wiggle the wheels and they are solid as a rock. i just saw the extreme angle of the passenger side and wasnt sure if that was normal

it can clock itself a little bit like that grab it and rotate it back if you bothers you it should be fine if it isnt loose
