Default Lower Control Arm

I have to change out my lower control arm on my 99 4x4. I have to take out the torsion bar. I was wondering if anyone had easy suggestions to do this.

Thanks

Is there any tips that would make this process simpler. I have never done this on an IFS before.

I noticed what looked like the lower ball joint was going bad. I took the wheel and spindle off, the old ball joint had .050 inch play in the socket on the lower a-arm. I was not able to get an oversived ball joint, so i had to order a new a-arm and balljoint assembly. Yeah the a-arm on there now has alot of wear apparently.

that is odd that the hole for the ball joint would wear out like that,, the over sized are only .oo5 or .010 over sized
