i need to know if Pro Comp ES3000s are a right fit for my truck. help?

The 3000's might be have a little bit of a rough ride. I read a lot of reviews when looking for shocks, and everyone that put them on a smaller truck complained that they were too stiff. I bought the 1000's and they seam to ride good.

itll eventually end up lifted about 5 inches

If you use the superlift kit it comes with shocks. If it's some strange combination of springs, shackles, and aal's then you're on you own. And if you're doin a 3" BL and a t bar crank then the stock size will work.
