Default 2004 4WD Driver's Side Sag

Hey guys. I apologize if this information is somewhere but my searches came up empty.

2004 4wd, 183K miles

I've noticed a sagging on the front driver's side. There is a 1" difference between the passenger and driver's side measurement from ground to fender. There is no difference between the rears. I've replaced lower ball joints in the last six months and the front shocks are a couple of years old. I've looked at the rear leafs and they do not look to be in bad shape. I cranked the t-bars several years ago to get a more level look.

What is the fix for this? Based on what I've read not all rangers have this issue.

Default Re: 2004 4WD Driver's Side Sag

From a search:

It happens because you have the weight of the driver constantly on that side. Also you have the gas tank on the drivers side, which is pretty heavy. Gas tank + Battery + Driver = being the heaviest side of the truck, thus creating "tha ranger lean".
