Default Can someone identify this part?

I was backing out of a parking spot today and heard a loud pop from the front passenger side when I turned my wheel. Heard it a few more times on the way home, but couldn’t figure out how to reliably replicate the sound. Just seemed to happen at random times. Finally figured out that I could replicate the sound by rocking the truck side to side. Once I got under the truck and started looking around, I noticed that the part I’ve circled in red in the picture I attached is very loose. In fact, I can spin it around freely with my hand. However, on the driver side, the part is tight and cant be moved by hand. Can someone tell me what the part is called so I can figure out how to go about replacing it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sway bar link, replace both sides and the frame bushings. The whole thing should cost no more than 40 bucks.

That is your sway bar end link. You can buy the links as a kit. Replace both sides at the same time.
