Looking for shocks to lift my 99 Ranger 4x4 a little bit. Anyone have opinions on what I should put on? I found the Rancho RS5000 w/1-2.5" lift.

Shocks don't lift a vehicle. When they say 1.5-2.5" they mean the shocks will work with a lift of that size, but they wont actually change anything.

Ok. Do you have any suggestions for shocks to go with a supreme suspension torsion key and lift block leveling kit?

Bilstiens would be the better deal, same/a little less or more in cost but better shock for an all around. There is still far better but for the money most are willing to spend, 100,000's of people cant be that bad at making decisions on a single product.
