Default ranger leans to PASSENGER side not driver???

Although I'm new to FordRangerForum, I'm not new to Rangers. I recently purchased a 2006 XLT 4x4 extra cab 4.0 and specifically wanted a manual.

The entire passenger side of the truck front and rear sits 3/4 to an inch lower than the driver side. i've found tons of postings about the driver side but not the passenger site. All of the bushings look good, the shocks are new. I measured from the center of the wheel wells and both front and rear on passenger side are lower. I even swapped the tires front and rear and side to side and it didn't make a difference. I'm stumped!!!

Worn rear shackles and or worn out torsion bar...

Shocks do not hold weight of any car.

Lots of Ranger owners mess with the torsion bar adjustment bolts. Not everyone gets it even left to right. The factory shop manual has a procedure for setting the correct stock height. Other height adjustments are possible by trial and error.

This is assuming, of course, that nothing else is worn or broken front or rear. Ball joints wear, shackles collapse, shackle or spring mounts fail, spring leaves crack. Especially true for trucks that have spent some time in rust belt areas.

This is what it looks like AFTER attempting to adjust the torsion bar on the passenger side. I raised it as much as I could. I guess I'll look at lowering the driver side?

Looks like its the rear shackles and leafs for sure. This is the current problem I'm in except I let it ride all lopsided for too long and the shackle snapped right off. Did you get this fixed by any chance? my trucks been sitting in the driveway too long but have no idea what the repairs run.
