Is it possible to use the ball joints off a 1994 ranger 4x4 on a 2001 ranger 4x4

Negative... Assuming 4.0L, 4x4 both years, Cross referencing Moog part numbers, almost 100% sure, plus whether you're still on coil spring or torsion bar changes things.
