I appreciate the response but I dont think I want to convert to 4 wheel drive...just a single I beam is kicking my a$$ lol

Lets take the intimidation out of it for you. Shy of needing someone older (in most cases) to trust in aligning it properly due to experience.

All an I beam is just a realllllly long lower control arm..

You would have to swap to a 4x4 chassis in order to do the 4x conversion. The front engine cross member doesnt have the bump in it for the necessary room needed for the front differential. Thats why I went with the thought of another frame in order to do a full frame up restoration and build it up by boxing in the frame and ladder frame areas for both a 34 gal fuel tank and as well durability. I'm one of those that believes the suspension should flex not the frame so much...

True but its not really intimidation but experience and my situation....I need to be driving this truck soon as a daily ride and I took it to a shop that has never failed me and they failed this time miserably...was supposed to call me before 9am with a price and some insight on wtf was up with the alignment issues and I went by after work at 5:30 and he told me he had a guy searching for the parts and asked what parts ...he wouldnt tell me but said it was goi g to be around $600 andthere is no way I can swing that...if I could I would have bought a better vehicle and the next day I took the left side apart hoping whatever was wrong would be apparent but seeing how I ha e never laid hands on an I beam I didnt see anything for sure just an assumption which brought me here hoping someone could look and so "yeah its your _____" and I could fix it but until these pics of the other I beams I couldnt tell if mine was twisted for sure but it really is and the old dude that has been specializing in aligning fords with I beams is going to hopefully give it an alignment without issue after I get a good straight beam in it...ok well there was a little intimidation but more lack of knowledge lol
