I only got the truck at this mileage, so i don't know the history.

However, it does appear to have Monroe Spectrums on it right now, i've no idea how long they've been on as they're not in the service logs.

Hmm... then it really depends on how it rides. If it is bouncy, or dives under hard braking, then I would Look into replacing them. It used to be that you could bounce the corner of a vehicle, and tell how the shock is, but that's not the case so much anymore. I replaced mine, because the back bounced around, especially on corners, and made handling pretty poor.

Yeah, i haven't really driven it too much either which clearly doesn't help - they're not recent judging by the look of them, but that's all i can tell.

This truck was a FSH truck, does anyone know when the servicing calls for replacement of them? Some of the Ford service records only state the mileage servicing was completed, so i'm wondering if they were done then.

They should be For their price and the fact they're Bilsteins

Only looking for at least as good as stock, not wanting or needing to get the really nice stuff as this truck is barely driven.

I'm sure the KYB are fine but for $25 more each it might be worth it.
