Default 2wd Front spindle/ steering knuckle

So I'm new to the whole forums thing, so I hope I posted this correctly.

I managed to bend my front left spindle on my 2000 3.0 V6 Manual 2WD XLT, and I've exhausted all other options trying to find a replacement. All the junk yards I have been to have the Rangers with the shorter steering knuckle and I can't find a part number, looking for any help to get it replaced. Mechanically, I can do it myself which is why I haven't gone to a dealership or shop.

If I remember the spindle is like a $750 part from Ford. It's a solid piece of iron, keep looking on eBay and junk yards for used ones. They're out there.
