Default Front Control Arm Bushings

I've been getting a noise coming from the front end i decided to slide under the truck and take a look. The bushings on the bottom of the control arms on the front are both torn open. Is it best to replace just the bushing and can most do it yourself home mechanics do it, or is it better to replace the entire control arm as they come with all new bushings

thank you

Jeff
