I am in the process of completely replacing the front suspension on a 2001 RWD Sport Trac that I recently acquired. After 255,000 miles, I'm pretty sure the suspension is completely shot. This Mevotech kit from Rock Auto is going in:

I was able to remove all but one of the control arm bolts. The driver side front lower control arm bolt was seized in the bushing sleeve.
I tried using the jack to help push it out, and only got it part way. No amount of heat, PB Blaster, or candle wax got anywhere.
Hitting it with a Sawzall and Milwaukee Torch blades only generated smoke and dulled the blades. These hardened bolts are very tough.
I was able to easily cut through it with a 6" cutting wheel on my grinder. The key is to raise the truck high enough to allow the lower control arm to hang down. This allows you to get as close as possible to the bolt.
Another thing that is important for this is to cut the threaded end of the bolt first, as you need to rotate the bolt to get all the way through with a 6" wheel.
The cutting wheel I used was from Harbor Freight, it easily cut through the hardened bolt. My local Ford dealer had the bolt in stock.
