I noticed I need a new suspension in the front and rear. I'm just wondering if any companies sell a more heavy duty complete suspension system that will hold up to the logging roads up in northern maine, and also in rutted up feilds and woods roads.

Try those for a start. You have 4x4, you have torsion bars, not springs up front. So you might be S.O.L. there. I think the only answer for torsion bars is to crank them up tighter.
