Default 06 4x4 torsion bar lift

I want to return my front end to stock height (level). The bars have a large hex on the aft end that mounts in a bushing. I didn't investigate the fore end much. Is this an adjustment I can make myself? If not how, much $ might a shop charge. There is only about 1 1/2 inches to the bump stop now. The hex does not fit tightly in the bushing anymore - I can see light, as if the bushings do not actually hold the bar tightly.
Pre-thanks

Not sure what exactly you are referring to...but there is a bolt on the under side of the rear of each torsion bar. Crank those to level them out.

Well, I didn't know exactly what I was referring to either - got it jacked up and had to loosen the top shock nut to get it to sag enough, then cranked 'em 3 turns. I need to do it again, the front end still sits a little low.
