My 04 has a horrific rake to it. The front is 2" lower than the rear. Wheel well to ground measurements are as follows....LR 37" RR 36.5" LF 35" RF 34.5". I have the t-bars cranked now but i believe they are BEAT!! Anyway. Along w the rear springs. The truck was used 75K at a stone paver dealer and think it did deliveries My spring code is BBCC. I was told that they are the middle of the road t-bars and leaf springs. I am currently running 265/75/16 on stock wheels but want to run a 8" wheel with POSSIBLY 285s or just keep the 265s. I have heard(not that great of a source) that i can use sport trac(spring code 1) torsion bars to pick the front up above where it sat stock(before the beating). I would also like to put rear springs in too because the bottom leafs are actually bent down at the ends(from overloading)

Can anyone give me solid info on the sport trac t-bars? And part numbers.

What is the heaviest rear spring i can put in my truck(i dont mind a truck ride), I haul firewood quite frequently

Now when you order from the dealer they will ask for a VIN number. DO NOT give them yours. You need a VIN for a FX4 Level II. Easy way to obtain one is search cars.com or ebay.

Give them the part numbers along with a fx4 Level II VIN they are $60-$70 dollars each at ford

The biggest rear springs I've seen for a Ranger is 1750 lbs. There are a couple of web sites that sell them. Check for a local spring and driveshaft shop too. The local ones to me "only" go up to 1250 lbs though.

Well that would have been a really good idea, but i dint take any pics.

It only took about 20 min per side, that is including pealing the stickers off the new bars.

I ended up w 1 1/2" of lift over where it sat before. I now have 22" from center of hub to wheelwell
