Default F150 height

Hello. Im new to the forums here and have a quick question that I havent been able to find an answer to. How much lift would a 2001 4x4 ranger need to be at the same height as a stock 1997-2003 f150?
Once again sorry if this has been asked before. Im still new to navigating the site.

When I lookup a random 2003 regular cab 4.2L V6 4x4 5-speed manual XL F150 it says the height is 75.4"

When I lookup a random 2001 super cab 4.0L V6 4x4 5-speed manual XLT Ranger it says the height is 67.5".

Long story short - You'll need over 4" of lift & over $2,000- to do it.
