Default T-bar Crank & Alignment

So I cranked my tbars today and got about 1.5" lift and immediately drove to pep boys to get the alignment. The tech basically told me that he straightened everything out but that I needed a camber bolt replacement to avoid uneven tire wear. Is this accurate or is he just trying to get me to pay more $$??? Also if this is legit, is it a big deal that I need to fix??
