Default Leveling kit?

Okay, so I want to level out the front end of my ranger.
Probably need about 2-3'' to be the way I'd like.
What would you suggest for kits.. brand, what should be included, also getting new shocks? etc..
I have heard a lot of negative things about just cranking the bars and/or adding keys so I'm thinking to probably not go that route.
But, I am a girl so I am not an expert, which is why I'm here.
Although, I do know a thing or two Help me out!

If you only want a few inches and are just going for looks , spindle lift is probably the most affordable . It's just an extended spindle

This only works if the OP is 2wd. No idea if she has a sig because I cant see them on my phone.

Are you sure you have torsion bars? Your truck looks pretty low in your avitar.

She doesn't have a signature on standard either....

However, according to her profile: 2004 Ford Ranger XLT 4WD Extended Cab

OP: Body lift is going to be your only other option (short of spending $2,000) if you don't want to crank your bars some: http://www.fordrangerforum.com/lifte...ur-ranger.html

All sorts of this basic information is easily found out there - just look around a bit & it will become clear fairly quick.

Here's a look at the Ranger.
The difference is really noticeable to me, not to others though it seems.

Also, picture is kinda small. Can't figure how to make them bigger!
So here's a better link

Crank the bars but don't go over 2" and you will be ok.

Do you have pictures of the rear suspension? I would crank the t-bars and call it a day. Just remember your ride will become worse.

Crank the torsion bars or be ready to pay a couple grand for a proper lift. /thread
