Default What's on my truck? Little help with these photos

Gents,

New to truck work as a whole. Bought a ranger a while back to get out on the mountain, but I am tired of scraping bottom where I tend to go. Owner said it was stock (no lift) and I am trying to make sure of that. Ideally, I wanted to put a 4" suspension lift on, get some 15x8 wheels and some 33's. Before purchasing the lift from Rough Country, I went out to inspect the rear leafs to help determine their condition and decide whether I wanted to get the lift with the 3" blocks or spend the extra on the rear leaf springs. After looking, i saw what looked to be aftermarket shocks, and I am not sure if those are blocks back there already.

Are these items stock? i.e. Are those actually blocks back there and did the 1992 Ranger come with those? If so, I don't want to be stacking blocks. If this is a lift already installed, maybe I will keep what's on there and just go with the new/bigger wheels and tires. Tires in this pic are stock size.

Sorry for the ignorance and the sideways photos, for the life of me I can't figure out why they uploaded that way.

Any help you guys can give would be really appreciated.

Yes stock block, no you don't want to stack them. You can get an add a leaf or shackles to help lift the rear

Welcome to FRF. Wow, so clean underneath! I'm jealous.

Yes, that's all stock, except not the shocks. Your leafs have flattened out, cuz your back end is lower than the front. Mine did too ( http://imgur.com/a/WpQR8 ). A lift kit would raise both front & rear.
