Default How to adjust toe?

Wondering how toe is adjusted...

Loosen this bolt, grip the thing and turn? Looks like fresh metal from the jacks that 'aligned' it yesterday (yeah, right).

Tie rod end. Loosen locknut on shaft, remove castle nut at rod end, tap the rod end out of the steering knuckle, rotate rod end via the threads.

Righty tighty, rod end moves closer to frame. Lefty loosey, rod end moves away from frame. Remember, this could also change camber and caster.

Thanks.

I wonder if my rear axle being offset to one side a little made them fuck up the alignment... It's been pulling hard to one side since.
