Thumbs up wandering / SOLVED

Hi all;

Just got my 92 ranger I'm used to subaru's and more precise steering.

I find it wanders on the road at most speeds. steers straight, and then wanders"
I just had a safety on it and checked the front suspension. Nothing was deemed to be in need of replacement.

Alignment perhaps?

NOPE not alignment. As suggested by a mechanic< if it has been sitting for some time , it could be the ball joints. Jacked it up, greased the Passengers side. Took it for a short drive, Wonder of wonders, the steering almost centred it's self when I let go of the wheel. jacked up the other side BUMMER!!!!! no grease fittings
I'm going to drive it for a bit and see if it frees up somewhat
