9 times out of 10, the aftermarket lift springs for TTB trucks don't match the amount of lift that the drop brackets give you. What this means is that you end up with either the top of your tires sticking out (Positive Camber) or the top of your tires sticking in (Negative Camber).
There are adjustable cam eccentrics that surround the upper ball joint stud, and act as a sleeve. You have to use these in order to correct for the misalignment that the TTB lift kits usually cause.
You need to have the truck aligned and make sure that these are properly installed and adjusted to specification.
