I just bought mine from JC Whitney. They are a little stouter than the stockers cause they have 3 leafs plus the overload instead of just the 2 with the overload. They were 250 bucks to my door for the pair, but I paid extra for expedited shipping too. Orderend them last Sunday and they showed up on Wednesday. Very fast and was worth the extra 5.00 for expedited shipping. They are even Ford springs because mine had the ford symbol embossed into the spring packs with ford part numbers engraved too.

Just an FYI on these JC Whiney springs, they are definately not stock height. I had to remove my stock 2.5" rear block off the top of my axle to lower it down to stock height. Now have about 1.5" rake to front which I am going to fix with the washer under coils mod.

So the new JC Whitney leafs(4-leaf) lifted the rear and you had to remove the blocks?

I bought my new (4 leaf) leaf springs from a local parts store for $70 per side. I paid more ($240) for my new shackle bracket kit on eBay

I went the local route as well. It was cheaper than online once shipping was factored in. The grand total was $347 but I had to replace a rear hanger and shackle, plus there was some hardware in there like new u-bolts. If you can reuse the old u-bolts, great but that doesn't always work.

Sounds like your truck was heavily sagged out. They are stock leafs. Most your gen rangers have heavy sag...

Yeah, I've got payload package 2 and it always rode smooth, but put a load in it, and down it goes! 93k miles! Just drove it from CT to NC, runs great, but the rear springs are my only complaint!!!

Nah, mine weren't sagging bad at all...only replaced cause when the hangers rusted off they were like rust welded to the ends of the leafs and didn't want the hassle of getting em apart, and due to the fact that my stock springs only have 2 leafs and the new ones from JC had 3 plus overload raised the rear quite a bit. I even installed the Skyjacker 2" lift coils on the front, and installed 1" blocks back in the rear and it still runs downhill slightly....so these rear leafs are definately taller than stock springs...at least the ones I recieved anyways.

I would bet money you 2+1 pack was saggy as hell compared to the replacements. The front coils sag bad on those trucks as well. Not to mention almost all trucks sit higher in the rear...
