What kind of lift is that?

2004 FX4 4.0L SOHC 5 speed manual. Mod list: Throttle cable, blinker, headlight, torsion bar (1"), intake mod, Pioneer DEH 9400, RF 10" shallow punch DVC 300 watt rms.
