Default Fox 2.0x5 emulsion coilovers.

I have 2.0x5 fox emulsion coilovers for a coilover conversion for a stock height or body lifted torsion bar Rangers 2wd or 4wd. They were run on the truck for 4-5 months before I did a superlift and replaced them with longer coilovers. The shocks come with the extended lower eyelets not installed. The shocks will come with 10" 750# lbs eibach springs.

I'm asking $450 shipped for the coilovers. Post on here then pm me if your interested.

How much better is the ride quality when you convert to coil overs from shocks alone?
Do you have any pictures that you could post of them?

I personally think that the ride quality greatly improved. The truck handles very well and that it smooths out the rough stuff to me any way.

They look nice ... I'm just wondering, do you have to weld any special brackets onto the frame prior to the installation?

You have to brace the factory shock tower. The bracket "kit" uses two pieces of strap to bridge from the shock tower to the frame

That's what I was afraid of ... one could easily shell out some doe pretty quickly for this kind of set up.
Do I dare ask how much the "bracket kit" cost?

It's not too bad, there's only the 4 shock tower braces that need to be welded to the frame/shock tower. The rest of it is pretty much bolt on, depending on what you do for limit straps.

I believe it's running around 250 or so. There's a guy over on R-F that makes them, ME00stepside. Most expensive part of the swap is the coilovers and springs.

Thanks for the reference.
I'm just curious, (this is probably a silly question)
Does this set-up/conversion eliminate the need for your torsion bars?

That's awesome, now I definitely want to do this conversion because the torsion bars give trucks such a rough ride.
