I'm not sure as I bought this Ranger 3 weeks ago.

It appears to be in very good shape with no parts looking bent, tweaked, or modified at all. The pickup has been in the NE Oregon area all its life, so there are really no issues with rust except for the occasional surface rust that might develop on bare metal surfaces.

The pickup drives super nice and straight down the roads and highways at 70 mph. I just want to get a SAS setup in the front for lower gears to run my 33" tires. I may go to 36" Iroks tires later on, so I will need gears lower than 4.88 at that point.

I'm normally a 1st gen and 3rd gen Toyota 4x4 guy, and this is my first Ford Ranger, so it's all new to me as of yet. I'm still learning the in's and out's of this rig as I go.

I think the knuckles will have 2 sets of holes drilled through them for 2 different caliper brackets. I'm thinking later rangers had bigger brakes. Could be wrong though

The Superlift knuckles for the 2001-death models (different part #) would have the "dual drill" setup due to the face the Ranger front disc brakes increased in size mid model year 2003.

This model for sale would have the holes for the PVH setup (due to model range) - but I'm not sure they ever bothered "dual drilling" those knuckles like they did for the newer model kits.

Unless somebody put the late model kit on it. I'm surprised superlift doesnt list the late model kit just as 98 and up. Guess he'll find out when he takes it apart

I definitely want to get one eventually; however, $1250 seems a little steep with being able to buy a whole brand new kit for $1500. GLWS!

I looked at my knuckles, and they look exactly like the ones pictured on the Superlift link that I posted. The ones in the Superlift link don't have dual mounting holes for the brake calipers on the 98-99 models.
