They have settings for 1" and 2" of lift. And yes, they'll fit your 2wd.

Literally just took the picture a few minutes ago. That blue paint is from my radio bezel that I was painting today. lol.

You don't need anything, you can re-use the stock bolts.

It's not too late for me to switch it to Greyhound. And they actually have to go through Atlanta to get to Missouri, so that will work out great!
