Hey guys, just checking in. Squatted 250 x5 a few days ago, 145lb BW. Probably about 18-20% BF right now, want to get down around 15-17% this summer. Started at 135lbs and about 25% last September.

Let me know how that flavor is. I have their chocolate and it's ok. But I hear yah, muscle tech is nice stuff. Will purchase again.

I didn't order it I think I entered a contest a month ago I must have won! Hahah I was gonna buy some but now I'm set for a while it's great. One serving/ scoop= 50 cal, 10g protein and 110mg of caffeine. A great alternative over coffee

looks like that would be great to take about an hour before a workout. Let me know how you like it!

How's that assault treating you? That stuff made me so sick after half the tub. Plus the scoop is so much! I mean good stuff to start on, it helped.

You'll have to try nitraflex. Smaller scoop, stronger formula.

I've only taken Assault once so far, and it was the best lift I've had lol. Tastes great. I got buy 1 get 1 free so i got Lemon lime and grape.

I'm not a fan of assault. At least not the fruit punch. Never had the other flavors. BPI vortex, C4 and N.O. Explode are the best I've had so far.

My cookies and cream Phase 8 finally arrived yesterday. Best tasting protein I've ever had.

On a more depressing note, I seem to have pulled a muscle in my neck pretty bad last at the gym. Went to bed with a limited ROM, woke up with no ROM. Hurts like hell.
