Did Ronnie Coleman's bicep workout early this morning and I had difficult lifting a wheel into my Explorer a bit ago.

7 full straight bar curls, 7 half curls stopping at 90° at the elbow, into 7 straight bar curls. So each set is 21 reps. 3 sets.

3 sets of 10 each arm alternating dumbbell curls

3 sets of 10 full straight bar curls.

Then I did some bent over rows with a straight bar and some lat pulldowns.

I can't get anyone to go with me at 5:45 in the morning. So I'm kinda on my own motivation wise.

lol! i hate it when lazy people show their lazyness at the gym. nothing 'motivates; me more to lift hard, than to see a dipshit sitting on the bench resting, especially if i'm ready to lift on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! makes me RAGE!

I know what you mean. I'm in the gym on average 2 hours per day and 6 days a week. I lift and do cardio both. I run between 3-6 miles on the treadmill

Worst part about it is the new years resolution'ers are still in my gym I go to.

Its more like a social event than a work out routine
