I used to do 12oz curls. When I was 17 I could over head press 110 lbs 35 reps. Now that I'm old with back surgery and 3 rotator cuff repairs the heaviest thing I lift is my fork,LOL!

I usually curled 12 or more 12oz's about 5 reps each or usually less,LOL!

That's awesome don't over do your bench you need days off so your muscles will heal and grow too

No problem. I'd love to bench everyday but I'll never bulk up lol. Thats my favorite workout.
