Ahh thank god I'm not the only one with those lifting scars. I thought I was getting fat or something. Probably from my rapid muscle build last year. Went from benching 135 to 225 in a little more than a month. Could always feel a tightness in my rear upper pit, now that tightness looks like a crescent moon on both arms
