^^^ this. High school football I played center, dt and long snapper. 275 bench 350 squats 1 time and 1 time only leg pressed 1, 000 lbs. Leg press is much easier then squats.
Much older now. Lost 105 lbs in 3 yrs and the weight lifting is coming back but the older I get the more injuries I seem to find lol.

Re: Anyone into body building?
Like people said, I used to be into bodybuilding/weightlifting when I played football in high school. But then I was diagnosed with a subluxing ulnar nerve (which I had surgery for) and snapping triceps, so I pretty much can't lift without severe pain and discomfort.

I know exactly how you feel I broke my wrist and bones in my hand last year at work and I feel the pain every day when I lift it is worse. I'm no where near the size I want to be but by Christmas I'm hoping to be 20 pounds heavier and less fat more muscle

Anything for the chest is my favorite (Flat, incline, decline as well as barbell press) and followed by shoulders and traps
I have a 60 day goal of upping my maxes by 10% as well as just wanting to gain mass mostly upper body. As far as a set number of what my maxes are I don't have one I just want it to be at the point just prior to blacking out like you said.
When your in this mood there is no better high than lifting I can't wait to get into the gym thankfully mine is 24hrs

Re: Anyone into body building?
awe yeah! i like to fuckin rage out to some godsmack/metallica/meshuggah etc & lift like a beast! my favorite time is about 4 to 6 in the morning. that's before i'm tired from daily BS... and most importantly there's few people there to hog equipment.
it's like the later in the day it is, the more equipment campers there are. it really enrages me lol - not good when i'm high on adrenaline and low on o2 to the brain lol

Oh yeah! I know how that is. Lol. Both of my knees are busted, dislocated my shoulder in a game in high school, numerous pulled muscles and spasms in my back, yada yada yada, etc. Lol

Re: Anyone into body building?
lol i have to accommodate to knee/back/shoulder BULLshit too lol! sucks to be impaired but i feel so much better after a good lift. totally worth getting a good sweat going on even if i can't go parallel on the squat, or can't touch my chest when benching lol! i manage to figure something out that doesn't do more damage... story of my life haha

I graduated high school last year in June at 145 lbs, which is lightweight for the Canadian Schoolboy Regatta. After I was done rowing lightweight I could eat whatever I wanted and I began working out, however I could work out upper body because I didn't have to maintain weight. One year later and I hit my bulking goal of 200. I'm starting to slim down now. My goal is 170. I'm 5'10" also.
If any, what supplements are you guys on? I take ACG3 pre workout and then I take Isopure Whey Protein Isolate or the GNC AMP Ripped whey post workout.

I don't take anything other than protein and noexplode pre workout. however if I soon hit a wall where I can not gain I'll look into again.
Several years ago I took md1t which worked awesome but has been banned from the market.
I'm trying to do this naturally with out pumping my body full of supplements but I'm not totally against them

you know, i like isopure. some people say it tastes bad, but i love it lol! & if i drink it daily, i feel so much more rested when waking up & before each workout... i can't speak for how much muscle it gains me, but at least my bones feel good haha

I like Isopure a lot. It's got a weird aftertaste and feeling, but it's still good. Which one is your favorite? I like the mango peach and the pineapple orange banana.
ACG3 is a great pre workout. I like it a lot.
