Eating healthy is harder than working out. We get 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch at work, and not buying a candy bar from the machine every time is tough. I try to pack a healthy snack to eat on break instead but I eventually run out.

Tried asking MusclePharm for free samples on Twitter. So far, no luck.

I've controlled my urges this week. Definitely messed me up a bit but the number on the scale is going down.

i caught a pork sale last week, pork shank $1.49/pound. the rump section 1.59/pound i do my best to trim away the fat, but it's so delicious! teh bonus is that i have some monstrous hambones for beans and probably another fresh custom jambalaya recipe

been holding steady eating nice & lifting like a beast! i've incorperated a 40lb backpack into my walks since i can't hardly run no more. feels great!

Thats awesome bro.. that will make a good jambalaya for sure.
After my trip to disney and my new house note for my blue collar mansion. I have relighted my passion for park. Plus some tips from my coworker that was an ex butcher. I have been getting assorted chops for around $2.00 give or take some.
From what my friend told me tenderloin is the best followed by chops.
So i tried this recipe.

http://www.food.com/recipe/roasted-s...m-kenya-309984

It was magestic. I grilled them with some wood chips and made a sweet baby rays and coca cola bbq sauce. So awesome it makes the ladies panties fall off

yeah! imma try n remember to check that out when i do Easter ribs this weekend lol! & i hear good things about pork tenderloin, they say it's protein/saturated fat ratio is pretty good for lifters and athletes. at least tastes good i lost a couple more lbs. hoping to get below 210 by late summer. i should be a bit harder to handle at that weight

Finally hit 200! That's 10 of the 30 extra pounds I packed on burnt right back off. Still trying to hit 195 before I leave for Florida on Saturday. Just hope today doesn't set me back a few pounds, lol.

I'm in my cutting phase. Burning what body fat I can now to get to a healthier number like 10%. Then I'm gonna start bulking up.

Bump Got a routine set out. Gonna force myself to do it for 12 weeks. 3 times per week. Hopefully with my new job I'll be at the gym more since I get off at 5 and not midnight.
Weighing 150 now. Haven't weighed that little in a year, want to get back to 170
