I add micronized creatine monohydrate to my preworkout and my post workout shake. I feel I'm not as sore afterwards if I take creatine.

Wife just bought Rule 1 protein from SuppZilla. Wow. Damn good protein. Tasted like Nesquik.

That doesn't mean the creatine is working, it just means your not working as hard. Bwahahaha

I have read that 3 eggs a day have been shown to increase performane. Then if you read about the benefits of raw eggs its hard not to. If you blend 2 eggs with some milk a hit of vanilla and some honey, it is just wonderful. Its an old time milk shake and taste lovely. Even some protein powder works.

I try to have 3 egg whites for breakfast at least 3 times a week. I'll usually just make it a sandwich on wheat toast or scramble it with some low fat cheese.

Eat the whole egg the benifits of the yolks are well worth it.

If you're trying to keep track of your calorie intake and nutrition download myfitnesspal.
You can scan barcodes and it will show you the nutrition info and you can add how many servings you consumed and it add its to your "diary". Look it up, its a great app.

Fantastic app. But after using it for so long, I was basically able to keep my calorie count down without tracking because I used to the diet by then. But it is still a good app.

3500 calories a day is surprisingly easier than I thought. Weight just keeps going up 👌
