I know who you mean. I just made that comment because I'm brand new to this too, and this is the second time I've tried to workout. I gave up once already. I'm not a serious lifter by any means. Not yet, I should say. I never knew how addicting it could be. I lifted for an hour and 45 minutes today, and seriously got bummed when I left. I wanted to keep going but I couldn't.

man is it hard to get back into lifting or what!!! i took a week off recently to do some remodelling in the house, and it was hard to start it back up. a month off is down right torture! i highly recommend to every living soul to make it a daily requirement lol! 1:45 lifting workout on a daily basis will likely lead to issues with your joints, & i'd hate to see you halt it again due to over training. definitely want you to keep at it!

Fish oil, 3x a day. I have bad knees but the fish oil really helps. Last time I tried working out it was from home and I didn't have to buy anything, so it was easy to quit. This time I'm paying for a gym and I'm addicted. My gym is closed Sunday's so I'm kinda going insane today.

I used to be big into following what all of the newest studies said… And then I realized you can find a study to back up pretty much anything.

Yeah it is moving. I been out for quite a few months. Due to working and purchasing a new house. Now that all the fun stuff is out the way i will be back on my way to good eating and lifting.
Cool glad thats going good. I want to screen in the patio on my new house. Other than that i love the new one. So much easier than remodeling. Lol
You lucky dog!! The ranger has been on the back burner i need to change the alt or water pump one of them is squeaky. I been working on a 2000 jetta tdi. That car is so fun to drive.

Damn. Even things that are meant to be good for you are killing you. Oh well, I enjoy the benefits too much.

On a more positive note, I found something to do during tonight's terrible halftime show.

There is other ways to get omegas that are more beneficial. Like flax and some others tgat i cant seem to think of at the moment. Fish oil is also been linked with hypertension in males that could inhibit sexual performance.

Well I'm married, so I'm not worried about the last part.
