I did power lifting through high school and made it to regionals but never state. At 17 years old, I paused bench 290 and clean and jerked 245. The jerk is what held me back. That was at 179 pounds. Was undefeated all four years even moving up weight classes starting from 129 freshmen year lol.

Now 22 and bench around 385-395 and quit doing clean and jerks. (Have not maxed out, been a little nervous too lol) Too aggressive of a lift to do if I'm not competing, the clean and jerk that is. My squat has been bad, have dealt with a toe injury for the past couple years and has severely limited my progress. My legs are massive tho, was always called tree trunks. I probably bench as much as I squat but I hope to soon change that. Slowly but surely making progress lately now that everything is back to normal. Deadlifts were around 450.

No supplements other than a pre workout. Currently 220 pounds but want to lean a bit to 205 and have more definition. ----------

Just finished training. Back and biceps. Did four sets of pull-ups, three sets of Rose, two sets of barbell curls, and two sets of hammer curls. Would you guys like to get post workout? Sometimes I'll just have some milk, but Bojangles is always good

Must be pretty ripped to do 385-395 ( which one is it btw??) And only 220.... You got a hundred pounds on all my workout weight and I'm only about ten to twelve percent body fat. And weigh 210 yesterday.....

I wouldn't take fish oil. There was a study done about a year ago and it found that males are at 60 percent greater chance of getting prostate cancer. My doctor told me to immediately stop taking fish oil. I read the study in the American journal of medicine.

Have today off… Don't know what I'm going to do. Been avoiding the gym, too crowded for my taste this time of year.

I just joined a gym because I don't have enough equipment at home. Price of a membership < price of upgrading home gym.

Even though I joined in January, I'm not gonna be one to drop out after two months. My workout partner is a guy I work with everyday. He won't let me quit, and I won't let me quit. Did legs tonight.
