Intensity and focus is key to effective workouts. You really don't have to spend hours upon hours in the gym if you train smart. Try sticking with push pull for awhile but throw in different rep ranges and exercises to keep things fresh

Just did leg day drop sets, great. I ate this morning before work and usually this is enough food for my preworkout, well not for Razor 8. Shits crazy.

One of my newer chest "workouts" well not really a workout, but a spin on one. Bench press, old faithful bench press a new spin on it any, this is a no rest bench press. Most bring the bar down to 90* then back up and lock out their arms in between reps thats not what this is about. Start off grab the bar wide, I go an inch or so past the un-narled ring that most put their pinky finger on. This grip almost feels too wide for most. Then bring the bar down to your chest till your arms are just literally 90* or just barely above 90* and then raise the bar as you normally would, except dont lock out your arms, where you lock out usually go about 2 inches below your lock out point. Each rep should take about 3 seconds. This was taught to me by a fitness freak coworker of mine. I love this style of bench, good to mix things up and it destroys the inner part of my chest. This might work with a little narrower grip, but this is just my experience. Let me know what you guys think.

Neat thread. Very been at it for 5 years now. Right now I've been hitting a drop set routine in every lift.
I'm 6'1 200lbs with around 12% bf (mostly in the stomach from gainers)
