I want to be like 215 and keep on gaining muscle that's my goal. I just need to work on my abs more but then I'll have to do more cardio

Id like to keep gaining as well but first priority is to get leaner (still lifting but moar cardio) then just focus on the lifting after that.

Yeah I don't like running either. I walk 2 miles for my lunch break and usually ride my bike for about 30 minutes or so after work

Bulked to 210 and I'm down to 193 as of this morning. 175 goal. Tight fitting 33 waist. I wanna slim down to a 31 or a 32.

----------

Starting to see more definition in my back and shoulders.

Basically what I do now because my spotter is away at college and I kind of like it better. Minimal talking, minimal break time (with the push, pull, legs), quick workouts, more focused exercises...
