Did shoulders today. Me and my buddy were hard at it. No talking hardly a break just one set after another. Then abs. Can finally hold my legs straight out and swing side to side.

Had another round with weed eating front yard. Rain wont stop long enough this summer to let me mow lol. Even Had to do the weed eating in the rain. But damn it'll break your upper body down lol. Keep looking at my weight bench saying," as soon as I get the damn yard taken care of". But I'm still getting a work out in the yard haha.
