And I hit my bulking goal of 200, and I've been running a lot more and changed up my whole routine to low weight high reps. I generally do about 12 to 15 reps rather than 7 to 10 on a higher weight. And it's better to do different muscle groups on different days. For me, it's as follows..

Chest - Monday
Back - Tuesday
Arms - Wednesday
Shoulders - Thursday
Legs - Friday
Cardio - Saturday/Sunday

I run around 2-3 miles every morning except for the days I dedicate for cardio.

I use that for two weeks, and then I completely flip the days. Legs Monday, shoulders on Tuesday, arms on Wednesday, back Thursday, and chest Friday. Cardio on the weekends.

I took a week off two weeks ago because I was on vacation, but I kept running. Now that I'm in the gym I feel like I'm toning up a bit and I'm down a few pounds.

Any other tips?

I like the universal nutrition Ultra whey. Its pretty cheap per serving but is not in check with the multiply g of protein by 4 and that should be your calories (protein has 4cal per gram by the science of it)

I use the GNC AMP whey. I'm about to get the AMP Ripped after my tub is gone.

I'm using g7 protein right now. It seems to work pretty good. I like syntha 6 protein a lot too.

I make smoothies before working out. Spinach, strawberries, mangos, grapes. I put some water and milk in. Tastes ok. I need to get that protein powder here soon.

i haven't even had a chance lol - pretty buse right now... but my plan is to figure out which one i like best & then buy a case lol! then i can keep some at work at all times & at the house when i'm in a hurry... and i can mix in the powder shake when time isn't an issue. where did you get them at?

here's the routine i've used the last few years. been doing it like this so my elbows, shoulders, knees, feet, and back have a fighting chance to recover haha! my muscles are always ready, which makes it depressing haha! (i'm sure i left out lots of details...)

monday: focus on lower trapesius, rhomboids, lats, post deltoid, & the rest of the tiny muscles back there lol - & a little bit of forearms & biceps

tuesday: focus on incline dumbell, descent amount of tricep, small amount of bench, shoulders, & ant & med delts

wednesday: LEGS!!! Squat, Hammies, hang cleans, calves, & anything else to blast those bastards!

thursday: focus on mid trap, rhomboids, biceps, & forearms, & a little ant delt, lats & other tiny muscles back there lol

Friday: Heavy tricep , mix of shoulders, ant/med delts, incline, & bench

Saturday: LEGS All Over Again!!! love it.

i do my best to include abs daily & some form of cardio daily, but overdoing any of the above means i'm out of service for a while

Okay guy I would like to get down to 12% body fat and then after that maybe 8% just as a major discipline challenge, but here is my question what is a good combo/workout group to hit all the muscles (excluding legs thats a day in its self) is a good 3-dat routine? The reason I ask is I know I will need to incorporate lots cardio, but I still need lifting time and with school I can see this being hectic.

Yea 3 days of lifting is perfectly fine. Just be smart and intense with the training. The best 3 day split is push pull legs. You can gain ample strength with it. As long as your are doing cardio getting lean will not be a problem. I often do a 3 day split to prevent injury and over training. Not to mention a busy schedule

Getting closer to my goal of 210! Weighed myself today and I'm 190.5. That means I've gained 10 +/- in about 1 1/2 months. I'm not going at it too hard, about 3 times a week but super intense stuff. Doing cardio as much as possible as well. It sucks but crossfit stuff helps core strength immensely. What I've been doing is a deck of cards drill. I assign an exercise to different cards. (Spades-pull-ups, hearts-push ups, diamonds-burpees, clubs-dips). It's incredibly draining but super fulfilling to get through a deck with more ease each time. I'm not into supplements either...yet.

Awesome I'm up to 207 today I'm up 7lbs in two weeks. No hard cardio and just heavy weight in the gym everyday so far. I have heavy day then a lighter day which is still about 60-70% of my max

I do heavy days 2-3 times a week, and 1-2 days I do a lighter day, but that's because I do crossfit stuff that day. My dad had rubber floor mats installed in half of our 3 car garage so it's really nice to work out on, and the other side has our lifting equipment.
