Just wondering how many NASCAR fans are around here? How many agree with the actions taken against Edwards, and how many, like me, that think the actions are completely BS.

well if you just sit back and look, you can see the bias against every team that isn't chevy/toyota. Take Atlanta for instance, everybody tried to give Dale Jr. the race before it started, but he didnt lead a lap. And how does NASCAR explain the whole Keselowski/Edwards deal at Talladega, almost the same thing just the other way around. The only difference is that Edwards hit his roof on the fence which could have been a lot worse.

maybe so, but i'll enjoy wasting my money when i go to the race at Talladega in April...

i just like the crashes best part seeing the rich bastereds wreck a $500k car (give or take)

They didn't park Kaslowski last year for all the bad blood he stirred up, and IMO, Kaslowski outta be drivin the Target car, as he's got one on his back from quite a few more other than Edwards!

Totally agree also w/rob. NASCAR said that they wanted to allow the guys to start racing more aggresive and actually let them race, but as soon as they do the big dicks step in. Oh, I have also sent an email to the NASCAR fan feedback voicing my opinion on the matter

I'm just gonna sit back and watch the drama unfold! Wouldn't be surprised if BK really started to harass Edwards knowing he's on probation...

As far as NASCAR being a waste of money, there are worse things to waste money on...and have been.

I used to be a diehard Mark Martin Fan when i was young. I watched EVERY race and didnt miss a beat. I knew all the drivers, their statistics and everything. Nascar used to be AWESOME! Now its too much about money and corporate bs. I understand the saftey thing and realize its important, but they have taken it a bit far with that POS COT. They have taken the fun out of Nascar and they know it, and I'm afraid its too late to fix it. What they did with Edwards is stupid. I agree with everyone above, BK has rubbed on him and even wreck Edwards before, but when he does it back, who gets the penalty-Edwards! Shoot Edwards barely hit him!

There is a simple fix to Nascar, let the boys RACE! Screw all thses new rules and penalties!

edwards should be parked for at least 1 race, there was no need for him to wreck keslowski, the first contact between them was edwards fault he cut down on keslowski and wreak himself in that, but he has to blame somebody ( another Tony Stewart ) so he said keslowski didn't give him any room but keslowski held his line, and when your racing for position keslowski did nothing wrong.

the reason they didn't park him because it was a "racing" accident, and it was on the last turn of the last lap... as for that wreck being uncalled for? i found it justified... carl is one of thoes drivers, if you race him clean, he will race you clean. just like earnhardt was... its a mutual respect thing, and these new drivers coming in don't understand that, and need to be reminded of that
