Is everyone finally ready for baseball to start? You can probably tell by my avitar I'm a huge Indianapolis indians fan (AAA), I like a lot of MLB teams but my two favs are dodgers and reds. Bottom of the list is cards(although they do have a beautiful stadium,went to see dodgers there last summer) and braves.

I'm a huge baseball fan myself, and being from Cleveland, I follow the Indians. Growing up, my family had cable, and I got hooked on the New York Mets. Now, I somewhat follow the Chicago Cubs, but I really like the Tampa Bay Rays. I've seen games at American Ballpark in Cincinnati, PNC Park in Pittsburgh, and Tropicana Field in Tampa Bay.

We go to GABP a couple times a year to watch reds, grew up in southern Indiana so the reds are huge. Very nice park

I think you'd be surprised how well the sox do this year. I doubt they'll win the division but there is that second wild card now.

Yanks have no pitching and the Injuries are mounting Sox well behind Lester there is no one and your pen is a mess. Yes you can score runs but when your pitching gives up 6 runs per a game average you won't win a lot of games. Jays and Rays have both Improved while the O's have stand pat.

I agree about The Great American Ballpark being a great place. Ironically, I saw a game there in 98' against the Cubs when it was Cinergy Field. I would love to see a game at Wrigley, but I hear tickets are hard to get. I've never been to Shea, and despite being somewhat of a Met's fan, there are other parks I'd like to visit first.

The American League East is a very interesting division. I don't like the Yankee's, I have some respect for the Red Sox, and I like the Rays. I believe that it will be another interesting race to the finish this year. Also, the Rays have proven that a big payroll isn't necessary to be a contender in the off-season. Last, the Indians now have Terry Francona as a manager, and to me that is a better move than some of the players signed in the off-season.

The pen is the teams best asset actually
