Default Jealous of u Alabama guys!--2010 Bassmaster Classic down there
The Bassmaster Classic is down there on Lay Lake . I'm a huge bassfisherman and I would love to be there! Anybody went and seen the pros fish any?

HA HA HA watching it right now in HD!!!!!!! Not as good as being there, but I"m closer than you are!!!!!!!!
When they come to Gadsden it's like a damn free for all. Nothing like seeing a string of matching bass boats and trucks.

I do a ton of canoeing on a river over in Ga. It's roughly 34 miles of unmolested waterway. No motorized boats can run that stretch due to shoals and a 4 foot drop. Man, we fish that stretch year round. When the stripe start running the bass boats will run them up river for us, it's a beautiful thing indeed. Hooking a 15-25 lb stripe with an attitude in a canoe is almost like a religious experiece. I'll post up pics this spring.

2 years ago a few of the bassmaster fishing guys came to Bass Pro shops here. Which is the original one.
They had like demonstrations all day long

Wish I could've gone. There will be an Elite Series event on Smith Mountain Lake in April. I know, not the same, but still should be good.
